Jakub Szachnowski

Jakub Szachnowski is a visual artist and photographer, currently a student at the Faculty of Graphic Arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow and the Creative Photography Institute in Opava. His work focuses primarily on photography, but he also actively creates projects in other media such as video art, animation, installations, mapping, and scenography. He is a co-founder of the publishing collective RUST, which promotes self-publishing and debuting photographers. He has participated in events such as OFF Bratislava, Polish Photo Self-Publishing, Cracow Art Week KRAKERS, and the TIFF Photography Biennale.
